Cannon Power Line Communications (PLC) System with injection
at three substations, this utility serves water, gas
and electric, and controls nearly 10 megawatts of load.
One of their unique applications is monitoring of propane
injection in the gas system using load survey metering
of the Cannon PLC system. They have been a user since
1988 and upgraded to Yukon® in 2002.

This client needed
a flexible system that allowed them to control based on total
system demand for all of the members. In addition, they wanted
to have an easy way to administer customer credits and sign
ups. They implemented the Cannon Technologies system with
a STARS distributed customer database. They are presently
controlling nearly 10 megawatts.
