Cannon Technologies Expands Sales Management
Team

Minnesota, July 28, 2004 - Cannon Technologies,

is pleased to announce the addition of two new sales management members: Scott
Foster and Bill Simons. Increased sales demand spurred the expansion to include
a presence in the southwestern United States, as well as a specialist devoted
to the AMR market. Both gentlemen are a welcome contribution to an already
expert and dedicated team.
"Bill and Scott bring a number of years of experience
to our team," said Cannon Technologies' President, Ed Cannon. "Both are seasoned
professionals who understand the utility business and value customer input
and relationships. They will help provide additional focus in their key areas
of responsibilities."
Scott Foster was appointed as the Director
of Sales to lead efforts in the southwestern United States.
This high energy executive
has a strong technical orientation with experience and a track record of
achievement in business development, sales, and marketing. "This is a wonderful opportunity
for any sales executive," said Foster. "Cannon Technologies has an exceptional
product line with strong penetration in the markets it serves."
Mr. Foster
previously served as Project Manager for Southern California Edison,
Senior Sales Manager for Edison O&M Services, and Vice President of Ingalls Power
Products. Mr. Foster has over 18 years in the energy services industry. Foster
earned his Bachelor of Science degree as well as his MBA from the University
of Phoenix, Phoenix AZ.
Bill Simons will head up Cannon Technologies' growing AMR business as Director
of AMR Systems. He was selected for this role based on his breadth of experience
in various related industries. "This is an opportunity to meaningfully contribute
to a company with strong ethics and quality training," said Simons. "I like the
way they deal with their customers and the way they take care of their employees."
Mr.
Simons has over 25 years of technical marketing and sales experience
with his most recent position at Amperion, Inc. specializing
in Broadband over PowerLine
systems. Mr. Simons received his Bachelor of Art from DePauw University
and his MBA emphasizing marketing and operations from Amos
Tuck School at Dartmouth Collage.
