meter data, executing pre-defined control strategies when thresholds
are exceeded using multiple, stacked parameters such as day-of-week,
time-of-day, priority level, and current price of power. Users
can adjust parameters from their browser. They can even remotely
control loads as needed from their browser for fine tuning. It
