Important note for CBCs that use cellular communication modules: - CBC-7x22 (GPRS) - CBC-7x23 (CDMA) - CBC 7x25 (Serial with a Multi-Tech cellular modem as the custom communication.) - CBC-7x26 (Ethernet with a Multi-Tech cellular modem as the custom communication.) If there is a communication issue in a CBC with a Multi-Tech cellular modem, ONLY submit the CBC for RMA if the Cellular Module Status is six (6) or lower. In addition, include the cellular module status of the Multi-Tech cellular modem in the Notes field of the RMA spreadsheet. Note: This does not apply to Raven cellular modems. If the Cellular Module Status of the Multi-Tech modem is higher than six (6), contact Cooper Power Systems’ Customer Service at 1-800-815-2258 for help with troubleshooting this issue. A majority of cellular communication issues with a cellular module status that is higher than six (6) are related to the cellular service provider. Note: This does not apply to Raven cellular modems.

*** Please use proper packaging when shipping the product back for repair to ensure that no damage is done to the product. If the product is damaged during shipping because of improper packaging, the customer is responsible for the replacement costs.
